• Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on services in the internal market states the obligation of Member States to eliminate barriers to the access to service activities and an important information for recipients and providers through electronic means. The Spanish Law 11/2007 incorporates the Directive into Spanish law.
  • The Law 11/2007 related to the electronic access to public services by the citizens, represents the obligation of administrations to adapt to new technologies, enabling a path for the citizens to receive the information and offered procedures through electronic means (e-Administration).
  • Spanish Law 30/2007 related to the Public Sector Contracts makes available to all the interested parties participate in the “Government Procurement” which is published on the Public Administration website.
  • Spanish Law 56/2007, related to better activities, in particular those activities developed by means of interactive systems based on electronic communications, states the obligation of administration to guarantee the transparency and to remove obstacles to the access of services which are provided by the public administration.
  • Order PRE/2971/2007, related to e-invoicing, states the obligation of all organization which provides services to Administrations to issue an e-invoice.(www.facturae.es).
