  2. The PO sends a notice of publication to the Service of Reliable with the URL of publication
  3. The Service of Reliable downloads the document and creates a XML document with
    1. a original document
    2. the URL publication
  4. The SR stamp the XML with a timestamping
  5. Optionally, The SR publishes the timestamping and communicates the URL to the PO.
  6. Optionally, The PO publishes the document and the URL of timestamping.
  7. The PO can contract a service of checking of publication.
